Every experience we review usually includes:

We don’t rely only on public descriptions or aggregated star ratings. We show up. We cook. We taste. Then we test something similar to see the difference.

There’s a method behind the mess.

We look at:

  • Market positioning — group, private, premium, hybrid formats
  • Duration-to-value ratio
  • Instruction depth versus demonstration-only setups
  • Transparency in ingredient sourcing
  • Wine pairing structure and authenticity

We also scan aggregated user sentiment across booking platforms. Patterns matter. Repeated complaints matter. Repeated praise matters. But that’s secondary. First-hand testing carries more weight in our scoring process.

An excellent class six months ago might switch instructors. A restaurant might change suppliers. A tour route can shift stops without advertising it loudly.
